Using this website

This is the official customer-facing service for Mr. P TAKANE, operated under the business name Mr. P at the address above. The website provides restaurant information and, when available on the relevant page, online reservations, Dine-In menu selections, Take Out pickup orders, Contact inquiries and related customer service. Specific services depend on the availability and rules displayed at the time of use.

By using the website you agree to use it lawfully and to provide accurate, authorized contact and order details. Submitting a reservation or order requires the separate terms and privacy information shown at checkout; merely viewing a page does not create a reservation or oblige you to purchase anything. Persons making arrangements for another guest must have that person's permission.

Menu, price and availability

Descriptions and photographs help customers select products; presentation and plating can vary. Items, serving availability, tables and time slots are subject to actual restaurant capacity. Before a transaction is submitted, the server checks the relevant options and canonical prices. The final payable total, applicable disclosed charges and payment instructions must be presented for review. We will not silently raise the price of an already accepted transaction; a material change requiring customer approval must be communicated for acceptance or cancellation with applicable remedies.

Reservations and orders

Selecting a date, table, item or temporary hold does not by itself mean a booking or pickup order has been accepted. Follow the complete on-screen flow and consult the resulting server-confirmed reference and status. A bank/QR payment proof may remain pending manual verification; a Cash selection, when available, can leave payment unpaid until it is actually received. Do not interpret an uploaded image, email, screenshot or social-media message as independent verification of payment.

Responsible use and access

Do not impersonate others, submit fraudulent payment documents, probe or bypass access restrictions, scrape private records, attempt unauthorized transactions, upload harmful material or interfere with the website. Customer order access is limited to the authorized transaction context. Restaurant staff areas are not public and require their own authorization.

We may restrict abusive or unlawful activity, correct demonstrable errors, and take proportionate security action, subject to applicable rights and obligations. Such action does not cancel legitimate refund or consumer rights.

Website material and outside services

Unless otherwise indicated, TAKANE-branded layouts, text and restaurant-owned imagery are provided for personal viewing and genuine use of the service. Do not reuse them commercially without permission. External services, such as Facebook or map links, operate under their own terms. We are responsible for our own representations and obligations; a third-party link does not mean we control that third party.

Problems, consumer rights and law

Our Complaints & Redress page explains the route. Nothing here removes rights or remedies available under Philippine consumer law, food-safety rules or data protection law. Philippine law governs to the extent applicable; any dispute process remains subject to compulsory consumer protections and competent authorities.

Changes

We may update this website and these Terms prospectively. The terms and specific service/policy versions acknowledged with an accepted transaction remain preserved for that transaction; updated terms do not silently rewrite past agreements.
