Menu information

We aim to describe food accurately using approved restaurant menu information. Photos are illustrative of the offered items; preparation, garnish, serving presentation and ingredient availability can vary. Any material substitution affecting an order or a customer's expressed dietary need must be addressed before proceeding with an accepted alternative.

Allergies and dietary requirements

If you have a food allergy, intolerance or a medically significant dietary restriction, please contact the restaurant before confirming your order and describe the specific ingredient or risk that concerns you. Do not rely solely on a photograph, product name, menu category or a free-text request. An unacknowledged message does not mean a dietary accommodation has been accepted.

Ingredients, suppliers, preparation areas, utensils and handling conditions can vary. Food prepared in shared environments may be exposed to cross-contact. We will not describe an item as allergen-free, halal-certified, vegan-guaranteed or medically suitable unless that specific claim and the associated preparation process have actually been verified. Staff should confirm whether an individual request can be accommodated before the customer relies on it.

Safety and complaints

If you believe a food item is unsafe, incorrectly described or has caused an adverse reaction, stop consuming it and seek appropriate medical assistance when necessary. Do not delay urgent medical care while waiting for an online reply.

This Notice explains practical limits of menu descriptions; it does not waive Mr. P TAKANE's food-safety obligations or a customer's statutory rights. Information about health or disability should be collected and handled only where necessary, with appropriate privacy protections under our Privacy Notice.
