Please describe the issue, when it happened, and any relevant booking or order reference. If useful, provide a photo of the item or receipt through an approved channel; an unboxing video is not required as the only acceptable evidence. Avoid sending passwords, OTPs, unrelated personal identification or full bank statements.
Handling a complaint
An authorized restaurant representative will review the account of events and relevant operational records, seek reasonable clarification if necessary and communicate the available solution or next step. Different problems may require different actions: replacement or safe-food investigation, order correction, manual refund assessment, verification of a transfer, correction of personal data, or accessibility assistance. Contact us at mrptakane@gmail.com or (0967) 578 7821. Monitored contact hours are N/A; we will not promise an unapproved response deadline.
We will not require customers to waive statutory rights as a condition of submitting a genuine complaint. Where an eligible refund or other remedy is due, see our Payment & Refund Policy.
Further remedies
Under the Philippine Internet Transactions Act, internal redress may be treated as exhausted if a complaint remains unresolved seven calendar days after filing; this is not a promise that banks process refunds within seven days. Customers may seek assistance from the Department of Trade and Industry or another competent government agency where appropriate. Privacy-related issues may be raised with the National Privacy Commission. Applicable local health or food-safety authorities may handle relevant safety concerns. Resort to an authority remains subject to applicable law and process.
We aim to preserve a reliable complaint record and handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Notice.
